1. Retail Terms
1) Customised items (embroidery & printing)
- All items decorated with embroidery or printing are bespoke and therefore non-returnable unless faulty.
- Please double-check spellings, colours, garment sizes and placement before approving your proof.
- Production begins only after artwork approval.
- If multiple locations are decorated (e.g., left chest + sleeve + back), each location counts as a separate unit for pricing and production.
2) Plain (non-customised) items
- Plain items may be returned within 28 days in unused, original condition and packaging.
- Email hello@workwearworks.com for a Goods Returns Code before sending anything back.
- A 15% restocking fee applies.
- If you need us to arrange the return shipping:
- ยฃ8.97 + VAT (first box)
- ยฃ4.00 + VAT per additional box
- We cannot arrange collections from overseas or where there is no response at the collection address.
3) Delivery fees & return postage
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
- Return shipping costs are the customerโs responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
4) Shipping & insurance
- Orders are shipped using trusted third-party couriers.
- Standard courier cover of ยฃ50 is included.
- Additional cover (up to ยฃ1,000) can be added before dispatch on request.
- In the event of loss or damage, liability is limited to the insurance level purchased from the courier.
5) Customer-supplied garments (ownerโs risk)
- Branding customer-supplied garments carries natural risks (fabric weakness, seams, colour migration, etc.).
- We are not liable for damage unless caused by our proven negligence.
- If negligence is proven, liability is capped at ยฃ7.00 per item, or a like-for-like replacement garment at our discretion.
- If a garment fails (fabric tear, loose stitching, structural weakness), production may stop until replacement garments are supplied.
6) Old embroidery removal โ risk acknowledgement
- Removal can leave marks, impressions or thinning on the fabric.
- A mark-free result cannot be guaranteed.
- By requesting removal, you understand and accept these risks.
7) Approvals & artwork changes
- One digital embroidery mock-up is included per design.
- Any further changes requested after proof approval are chargeable from ยฃ10.00.
8) Priority services (optional)
- Standard turnaround: 7โ10 working days (no surcharge).
- Priority 5โ7 days: +15%
- Priority 3โ5 days: +25%
- Express 24โ48 hours: +40% (subject to garment availability & approved artwork)
9) Faulty items (customised)
- If you believe an item is faulty, contact hello@workwearworks.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will investigate and resolve swiftly.
Trade Partner Terms
These terms apply to approved trade customers ordering embroidery or garment decoration services from Workwear Works.
1) Trade Eligibility & Minimum Order
- Trade pricing applies from 10 embroidery units and above per order.
- Orders below 10 units are billed at standard retail embroidery rates.
- Trade partners must have an active account with up-to-date contact information.
2) Customised items
- All embroidered or printed items are custom products and therefore non-returnable unless faulty.
- Trade partners are responsible for ensuring spellings, colours, placements, artwork and garment details are correct before production.
- Production begins only after artwork approval.
3) Customer-supplied garments (trade partner risk)
- Trade-supplied garments are embroidered entirely at the partnerโs own risk.
- Branding processes may expose weaknesses (fabric, seams, bonding, coatings).
- Workwear Works accepts no liability for damage unless caused by proven negligence.
- If a garment fails during embroidery, the trade partner must supply replacement stock to continue production.
4) Approvals & artwork changes
- One digital mock-up per design is included.
- Artwork changes requested after approval are chargeable.
- If artwork quality is poor, digitising/design setup fees may apply.
5) Priority & express services
- Standard turnaround: 7โ10 working days.
- Priority (5โ7 days): surcharge applies.
- Priority (3โ5 days): surcharge applies.
- Express (24โ48 hours): surcharge applies.
- All fast-track options depend on garment availability & approved artwork.
6) Old embroidery removal โ risk acknowledgement
- Removal may leave visible marks, needle holes, impressions, thinning or weakened fabric.
- No guarantee can be offered for a clean result.
- By requesting removal, the trade partner accepts full responsibility for these risks.
7) Split deliveries / multiple locations
- The first delivery address is included (if part of agreed trade terms).
- Additional addresses incur an extra delivery fee per location.
8) Shipping & insurance
- Orders are shipped via third-party couriers.
- Standard insurance of ยฃ50 is included.
- Higher cover may be purchased upon request before dispatch.
- Liability for loss or damage is limited to the courierโs insurance level.
9) Payment terms
- Full payment is required prior to production, unless an approved credit arrangement exists.
- Late payments may delay production and future order acceptance.
- Trade partners are responsible for purchase order accuracy.
10) Faulty items
- Faulty customised items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
- Workwear Works will review and resolve based on agreed trade standards.
11) Liability limitation
- Workwear Worksโ liability is limited to the value of decoration services, not the garment itself unless proven negligence applies.
- We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or customer-supplied artwork/files.
12) Terms updates
- Trade terms may be updated at any time in line with material, labour, or operational changes.
- Notice will be given for changes impacting cost or service.
