Frequently Asked Questions

Do you customize customers’ own garments?

Yes, we customize garments you provide. Simply send us your items along with your design, and we will apply your branding with either embroidery or printing.

Where can I find the size guide for my item?

Due to the fact we stock a wide range of brands, we don’t have a generic size guide. However, we provide a size guide for each brand and product. You can view these by clicking the “More Information” tab under the product. There, you’ll find product specifications, sizing help, and all relevant details. If you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend ordering a plain sample before customizing.

Can I return my items?

Plain garments (no logo) can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order, as long as they are in their original condition, including packaging and tags (where applicable). To return an item, please provide a list of the products, including the style code, color, size, and quantity.
Contact us at hello@workwearworks.com or call 01206670271 to get your Goods Returns Number (GRN).
Mark the GRN clearly on the outer packaging and include the GRN document inside the return package.
A restocking fee of £25 or 15% of the order value (whichever is greater) applies.
If you require a collection, there is a £8.97 + VAT charge for the first box and £4.00 + VAT for each additional box.
We cannot collect from overseas or if there is no response during collection attempts.
Customised items are non-returnable. If they are faulty, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your goods with images for a swift resolution. Regretfully as our customised items are bespoke we cannot accept the return of customised items.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply follow these steps:
Browse our Workwear Catalogue: Select the items you wish to order and add them to your basket. Specify the quantity, color, and size for each item. There’s also a field available where you can leave any additional notes or requirements.
Send Quote Request: Once you’ve added everything to your basket, click the Send Quote Request button. This will send us the details of the items you need.
Submit Your Logo: After submitting the quote request, please send your logo to us via a separate email. We’ll need this to begin the digitizing process.
Logo Approval: Once your logo is digitized, we’ll send you a digital mock up for your approval.
Receive Your Invoice: After the logo is approved, we’ll issue an invoice with the accurate pricing for your order.
Payment: If you’re happy with the quote, you can proceed with payment via bank transfer, and we’ll begin the production of your custom workwear.
We’re here to guide you through each step of the process to ensure your order is exactly what you need!

How can I pay for my order?

After your quote is complete, we will issue an invoice with a breakdown of your order and our bank details for wire transfer payment. You can pay directly to the account provided on the invoice.

Do you offer quantity or bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer bulk discounts and the more you buy, the bigger the discount. We also have bundle deals that provide further savings on larger orders.

Do you customize customers’ own garments?

es, we customize garments you provide. Simply send us your items along with your design, and we will apply your branding with either embroidery or printing.

What is the setup cost for custom embroidery or printing?

Our expert artwork team will prepare your design for embroidery and create a digital mock-up for your approval. The setup fee is £10.00, which is a one-time charge. You can reuse the same artwork for future orders at no additional cost. If you need any adjustments to the approved artwork later, additional charges will apply.
For printing, if you don’t have a high-resolution image, we can re-draw the artwork for a fee of up to £20, depending on the complexity of the design.

Which formats of artwork do you accept?

For embroidery, we accept high-resolution PNG or JPG images. For printing, we require high-res files such as EPS or PDF. If you don’t have a high-resolution image for printing, we can re-draw the artwork for £20.00

What’s the difference between embroidery and printing?

Printing is ideal for detailed designs and large areas, while embroidery offers a high-end, durable finish, making it perfect for logos and smaller designs. To help you decide on the best option for your workwear, we have an expert guide on selecting the right material and customization methods in our blog. Read more here.

What print methods do you use?

We use DTF printing (Direct to Film printing), which is a high-quality and durable printing method. It offers vibrant colors and is currently the most popular choice for custom workwear.
